WARRANTY
ONSEN LIMITED WARRANTY
Limited Warranty Coverage
This Limited Warranty covers any product defects in material or workman-
ship under normal use and maintenance when installed and operated
according to the Operating Manual.
During the Warranty Period, Onsen will repair or replace, at no charge,
products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improp-
er material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance when
installed and operated according to the Operating Manual.
Except as expressly set forth herein, there are no representations or warranties,
express or implied, including, without limitation, as to merchantability or tness
for a particular purpose with respect to any goods sold hereunder. Buyer’s ex-
clusive remedy is limited to repair or replacement of the goods sold, at Onsen’s
discretion. Onsen shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
Limited Warranty Period
The Warranty Period is as follows:
2 YEARS from date of purchase on Parts
30 DAYS from date of purchase on Accessories
