For the assembly you must consult the illustrations together with
the relative descriptions in the next pages:
n During the installation of the box inside the arranged space,
pay attention to hydraulic pipes and electrical cables to avoid
damages
n The box will have to be fixed to the yacht structure by a suit
able number of fixing brackets (not supplied by Opacmare) to
ensure an efficient fixing structure.
n The fixing area of the box will have to be strong enough to
support any stress due to the gangway use.
n The installation of the box must be done with care, paying
attention not to cause any torsional stress that would
compromise the correct functioning of the gangway.
n The gangway is provided with panels of inspection. These
panels must be simply accessible for maintenance
operations.
n Make the hydraulic connections to the hydraulic unit and the
electric connections of the solenoid valves and of the panel
control to the electronic box.
n Connect the electronic unit to the battery of the boat with the
supplied electric cable or eventually with another extension
cable.
n Feed the electric motor with cable of suitable section by a fuse
(material non standard supplied by Opacmare), checking the
correct tension.
n Check that the tank of the hydraulic unit is correctly filled with
fluid, and connect electrical power. Flush the lifting cylinder
making 3 or 4 operation cycles.
n Top up the tank of the hydraulic unit if necessary. Check that
the hydraulic circuits have no leaks.

n Durante l’inserimento del cassone nel vano predisposto,
prestare la massima attenzione ai tubi idraulici e cavi elettrici
per evitare danneggiamenti agli stessi.
n Il cassone dovrà essere fissato alla struttura dello yacht medi
ante appropriate staffe di fissaggio (NON di fornitura
Opacmare) in numero tale da garantire un fissaggio efficace.
n La zona di fissaggio del cassone dovrà essere sufficientemente
robusta per supportare le sollecitazioni dovute all’uso della
passerella.
n Il fissaggio del cassone deve avvenire in maniera graduale,
facendo attenzione a non provocare delle torsioni al cassone
che pregiudicherebbero il buon funzionamento della passerella.
n La passerella è provvista di vani di ispezione. Tali vani devono
essere facilmente accessibili per eventuali interventi di
manutenzione.
n Effettuare i collegamenti idraulici alla centralina idraulica e
quelli elettrici delle elettrovalvole e della pulsantiera con il box
elettronico.
n Alimentare l’elettronica alla batteria dell’imbarcazione con il
cavo elettrico in dotazione ed eventualmente prolunghe
aggiuntive.
n Alimentare il motore elettrico con cavi di sezione appropriata
attraverso un fusibile magnetotermico (materiale non fornito
standard dall’OPACMARE), controllando la corretta tensione.

n Controllare il riempimento del serbatoio olio della centralina,
alimentare il sistema elettrico ed effettuare lo spurgo del
pistone compiendo 3 o 4 cicli di manovra. Se necessario,
rabboccare il serbatoio della centralina.
n Verificare l’assenza di perdite d’olio prima di eseguire un ciclo
di rientro nel box.

THE NECESSITY OF AN EXTERNAL ANTENNA IS NOT AN
EXPENSE TO BE DEBITED TO OPACMARE ACCOUNT.
DO NOT TAMPER WITH SCREWS AND COMPONENTS
INSIDE ELECTRICAL PANELS THAT ARE MARKED WITH
PAINT OR SEALED. UNAUTHORIZED MANIPULATION OF
THESE PARTS WILL INVALIDATE THE GUARANTEE.
NEVER REMOVE THE SECURITY LABEL
UNAUTHORIZED MANIPULATIONOF THESE WILL
INVALIDATE THE GUARANTEE.
ALL INSTALLATION OPERATIONS DESCRIBED FROM HERE
ONWARDS MUST BE CARRIED OUT ONLY BY EXPERT AND
QUALIFIED TECHNICIANS. INSTALLER CAN REQUIST A
VISIT FROM OPACMARE TECHNICIAN FOR ADVICE ON
MOUNTING GANGWAYS OR FOR CHECKS ON FINISHED
INSTALLATIONS.

CERTIFICATA PER LA COMPONENTISTICA FORNITA DA
OPACMARE: LA RIMANENTE PARTE DI IMPIANTISTICA
REALIZZATA DALL'INSTALLATORE NON RIENTRA TRA LE
COMPETENZE E RESPONSABILITA' DI OPACMARE.
L'EVENTUALE NECESSITA' DI UN'ANTENNA ESTERNA NON
E' A CARICO DELL'OPACMARE.
NON COMPIERE OPERAZIONI SULLE VITI E SUI
COMPONENTI CONTRASSEGNATI DA VERNICE O
SIGILLANTE ALL'INTERNO DEI QUADRI ELETTRICI.
NON RIMUOVERE LE ETICHETTE ANTIMANOMISSIONE.
MANOMISSIONI NON AUTORIZZATE COMPORTANO IL
DECADIMENTO DELLA GARANZIA.
L'INSTALLAZIONE DEVE ESSER EFFETTUATA DA
PERSONALE TECNICO ESPERTO E QUALIFICATO;
OPACMARE PUO' INVIARE, A RICHIESTA DELLO INSTALLA-
TORE, PERSONALE TECNICO ESPERTO PER EVENTUALI
CONSIGLI O VERIFICHE DEL MONTAGGIO A BORDO.
