This product comes with a Guarantee of One year. In the event that your Dermisonic is faulty within
a year of purchase:
Please return your product along with your receipt and the original guarantee certificate for us to
repair it for you.
The repair will be free of charge provided you have operated your Dermisonic according to the
operational instructions
The guarantee does not cover:
Any breakdown or damages due to:
( 1 ) Misuse of the machine and not following the operational manual.
(2) Incorrect or unauthorized repair.
(3) Any “Force Majeure” situation damaging your Dermisonic
Please make sure you keep your guarantee certificate at all times, duplicate certificate will NOT be
issued in case of loss or theft.
Extended warranty can be purchased on our website or from your Dermisonic representative.
