WARNINGS & PRECAUTIONS
When using the device, basic safety precautions should be followed, as listed below.
This is not an exhaustive list but will assist in ensuring your safety and will help you
to maintain the lifespan of the product’s warranty.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Must be over the age of 18 years old.
• Store the device away from direct sunlight and humidity.
• Do not immerse the device in water.
• Never attempt to disassemble the product.
• For external use only.
• Avoid direct contact with eyes.
• If irritation occurs discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice
• Never apply to lips, eyes or eyelids
• Never use the device when plugged in.
KNOWN RISKS
Immediately after treatment, the treated skin area may appear red. Within 1 hour,
the skin will resume to normal.
WARNING
• DO NOT use the Synergy Device in any way that is not exactly as specified in these
instructions for use. Use of the Synergy Device other than exactly as specified in
these instructions for use has not been tested and the risk is unknown.
• DO NOT use the Synergy Device for longer or more frequently than the stated
treatment time. Using the Synergy Device for longer and more frequently than the
stated treatment time has not been tested and the risk is unknown.
• DO NOT use the Synergy Device to treat any other conditions apart from those
listed in the indications for use. The Synergy Device has not been tested for any
other conditions than those listed, and the risk is unknown.
