Side Blind Spot Alert. Available as part
of the optional Perimeter Protection Pack
on SC, SRi, SE and Elite models, this
ultrasonic-based system helps prevent a
potential collision with a vehicle in the
neighbouring lane by continuously
screening the blind spots on both sides of
the car and providing an audible and
visual warning if the indicator is set to
change to a lane where another car is
detected. Not available on Astra Saloon.
Electronic Climate Control (ECC).
Providing constant control of the interior
atmosphere via an onscreen display, this
fully automatic system features Dual
Zone settings so you can set the ideal
temperature for either side of the car.
A filter system traps pollen, dust and
unpleasant odours. Standard on Elite
and optional at extra cost on most
other models.
Driver’s seat power lumbar adjustment.
Upgrade your car’s seating with Seat
Comfort Pack 1 and your Astra comes with
power lumbar adjustment for the driver’s
seat (standard on Elite models). Drivers
specifying Seat Comfort Pack 2 get power
lumbar adjustment for the front
passenger’s seat, too.
