£ Unscrew the hexagon socket screws
from the cross table.
£ Remove the rubber covering on the
cross table.

1.6.2 Disassembly Y-axis
£ Unscrew the hexagon nut from the
spindle.
£ Remove handwheel, if necessary
strike with a plastic tip hammer.
£ For CNC conversion, disassemble
the step motor as well as the belt
pulleys, the housing and the belt
(CNC conversion instruction) on the
Y-axis.
£ Drag the feather key from the
spindle.
£ Unscrew the pillow block of the Y-
axis.
