£ Start assembling the pillow blocks at
the right side of the milling-drilling
table.
£ Apply a sealing agent.
£ Assemble the pillow block of the X-
axis.
£ Make sure that the cylinder pins are
located in the pillow block.
£ Fix the pillow block using the
hexagon socket screws.
£ Slide the spacer into the pillow
block.
£ Slide the attached aluminum bus-
hings on the spindle of the X-axis. If
there are no bushings included in
the scope of delivery, you should
produce them yourself with the help
of the production drawing (part 3).

£ Assemble a locking nut to the
spindle of the X-axis.
