Function Description:

The face shield is intended to protect the user's eyes and face from injuries caused by mechanical impacts or splashes of liquids. It is crucial to note that the mesh visor (566093) does not protect against liquid splashes, UV, or infrared radiation. The face shield is designed for continuous wear during exposure to hazards. In case of discomfort, irritation, or damage to the shield, the user should immediately leave the work area.

F: Symbol for protection against high-speed particles, low energy (45 m/s).
B: Symbol for protection against high-speed particles, medium energy (120 m/s).

Visor Markings:

The face shield does not have a specific filtering action. It does not protect against splashes of molten metal, hot solids, or electrical hazards.
The mesh visor (566093) does not protect against liquid splashes, UV, or infrared radiation.
Always verify with a competent person that the appropriate protection has been received for the working conditions; consult applicable European standards.
Materials that may come into contact with the wearer's skin could cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals.
For individuals wearing ophthalmic spectacles, high-speed particle protectors can cause shocks, posing a danger to the user.
