TECHNICAL NOTE
Installing Sheaths on Tubing 19 and 20

Purpose: To ensure a good fitting for tubing 19 and 20 on the counting heads.
Concern: all mythic 18 SN :103804-000225 and lower
Material: silicon Sheaths
Labour time: 15 min
1- Drain the system [SERVICE] [HYDRAULICS] [DRAIN ALL], remove tubing 19 and 20,
and disconnect the counting heads from the chambers.
2- With a tissue, wipe up the metallic fitting of the counting heads.
3- Prepare tubing 19 and 20 as follow:
- Place the silicon sheath on one end of tubing 19 and 20.
- Be sure that you have 3-4mm clearance of tubing 19 and 20. (Fig 1)

4- Connect tubing 19 on the metallic fitting of RBC counting head (side of the silicon sheath).
5- Connect tubing 20 on the metallic fitting of WBC counting head (side of the silicon sheath),
the other side on the RBC Chamber. (Fig2)
