Press the power button for 3-5 seconds to boot up the tablet. It has a non-removable battery.
Open SMS app, select 'New Message', enter contact/number, write text, and tap Send icon. Include pictures/videos with text.
Navigate through Settings to add and select desired languages, moving them to the first position.
