Maintenance Features:
- Cleaning:

- The metal Collection Pan is not dishwasher safe and should be cleaned with hot soapy water and dried thoroughly after each use to remove residual grease.
- The housing can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soapy water.
- Electric Fan Cleaning: The electric fan can be removed for cleaning. This involves turning the unit over, sliding off the fan cover, lifting the fan out of the base, and disconnecting it from the two-prong connection. After cleaning, the fan should be reinserted, ensuring proper alignment of the prongs, and the fan cover reconnected.
- Cautions for Cleaning:
- Do not use abrasive materials that can scratch or damage the nonstick coating.
- Do not rinse or immerse the electric fan and motor in water or any other liquids.
- Ensure no water or other liquid penetrates into the appliance.
- Do NOT place the appliance in the dishwasher.
- NEVER clean or rinse the appliance under running water.
- Do NOT immerse the appliance in liquids.
