1. Filler Cap – Allows you to add ingredients
during use. Also, it allows you to open to allow
steam to escape when blending hot foods.
In addition, it can be used as a tool to remove
or tighten the threaded jar bottom.
2. Jar lid – Seals the blender jar.
3. Jar –
a. 2-liter (8-Cup) BPA-free, resistant, odor-free
and non-toxic Tritan™ plastic jar (models
BLSTVB-P00 & BLSTVB-PMC).
b. 2-liter (8-Cup) heat resistant, Boroclass
®
glass
jar (model BLSTVB-G00).
4. Sealing Ring – Seals the jar to the blade for
leak-proof operation.
5. Blade –
Revolutionary S-Blade is 50% larger than
traditional Oster
®
blades and is constructed with ball
bearings to reduce rotational friction for longer life.
6. Threaded Jar Bottom.
7. Sturdy Stylish Base – Holds the jar securely.
Contains a powerful, reversible, variable speed
motor. It uses Programmed logic that takes the
guesswork out of creating foods and drinks.
8. Control Panel
a. Power Button (On/Off button) – Turns
the unit on and off.
b. Speed Control Knob Settings – Turn
knob to low “1”, medium “2” or high “3”
speed setting. Press knob to start or stop.
c. Programmed Settings – Use to select
Smoothie/Frozen Drink “GRANIZADOS,
FRAPÉS” Button or Dip/Salsa
“PROCESADOR DE ALIMENTOS”
d. Pulse “PULSO” button – Press and
release to Pulse, release the button to stop.
e. Reverse Blend “PULSO REV.”
Button – Press and hold to reverse
blade action while the blender is operating
as needed. It may also be used when the
blender is not operating.
f. Tamper – specifically designed to push dense
food towards the blades for ultimate blending
without coming in contact with the blade.
9. Reset button – In the event that the unit stops
working and power light is off:
a. Unplug the unit from power source.
b. Remove jar from the base.
c. Wait for 5 minutes, and then press the
reset button.
d. Resume operating the unit.
