PROHIBITED.
Do the leak test after each changing LPG cylinder.

  • Gas Cylinder Connection: Connects to a 20 lb. LPG cylinder (not included) via a supplied regulator and gas hose. The cylinder is secured to the base with M8x12 bolts to prevent movement.
  • Safety Features:
    • Leak Test: A mandatory leak test must be performed after each LPG cylinder change and at the installation site using a soap/liquid detergent and water solution. Never use a naked flame for leak detection.

    • Ventilation: Ventilation holes of the cylinder housing must not be obstructed.

  • Cleaning:

    • Burner and Pilot Assembly: Keep dry during washing. If exposed to water, the unit must be replaced.
    • Air Flow: Ensure controls, burner, and circulating air passageways are unobstructed.
    • Spider/Insect Inspection: After long breaks, inspect for spiders, webs, or other insects that could block air flow. Clean burner holes with a heavy-duty pipe cleaner or compressed air.
    • Reflector and Glass Tube: Clean with soapy water if carbon deposits develop. Exercise caution when cleaning the hot glass tube.
  • Storage:
    • Turn the control knob and LPG cylinder valve to "OFF" position.
    • Disconnect the LPG cylinder and store it in a secure, well-ventilated outdoor location.
    • Store the heater upright in a sheltered area, protected from weather conditions (rain, sleet, hail, snow).
    • Do not store in locations exceeding 50 degrees C.
    • Consider covering the heater to protect exterior surfaces and prevent dust/debris accumulation in air passages.
    • Allow all burner elements to cool for at least 45 minutes before touching or covering.
  • Disposal: The appliance should be disposed of in accordance with European Directive 2001/96/EG (WEEE) at designated collection points for recycling electrical and electronic appliances, not as normal domestic trash.
