If the application cannot find the camera, ensure your home network supports the DHCP protocol. Also, verify that the router/Wi-Fi router and the camera are powered on. During initial configuration, confirm that the camera and your smart device are connected to the same Wi-Fi router. Ensure all cables are properly connected. You can also use the "Add Device" function to manually add the camera.
