- Adjustable Flame Speed: The flame speed can be adjusted through five levels (5 being the fastest and 1 the slowest) using the control panel or remote.
- Adjustable Timer: A timer function allows setting the duration of the heater operation. Available settings include 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours, 5 hours, 6 hours, 7 hours, 8 hours, and 9 hours.
- Down Light: The unit includes a down light feature, which can be controlled via the remote.
- Child Lock Mode: To prevent unintended operation, a child lock mode can be activated by pressing the power button for 5 seconds. The log light will flicker 5 times to indicate activation. To deactivate, press the power button for 5 seconds again.
- Grounding: The fireplace is equipped with a three-blade grounding type plug to ensure electrical safety. It must be connected to a properly grounded outlet. If a three-slot grounded receptacle is unavailable, an adapter can be used, but the adapter must also be grounded.

- Heater does not blow warm air: Could be due to a cool down cycle. Normal operation will resume after several minutes. Temperatures will vary based on times.
- No power, logs do not glow: The unit might not be plugged into a standard 120V outlet, or the power button might not be in the "ON" position.
- Logs glow, but no flame effect: This indicates a flame effect turned off. Press the flame button several times.
- Heater does not blow warm air: The thermostat setting might be too low. Adjust the temperature settings to ensure the thermostat is set higher than the current room temperature.
- Remote Control is not working: This could be due to no batteries, poor signal, or distance. Replace batteries, operate the remote transmitter at a slow measured pace, press buttons with an even motion, and point the remote at the control panel from a distance less than 20 feet.
- Repair: Any repairs or rewiring must be carried out by a licensed electrician in accordance with national and local codes. Do not attempt to repair or replace any electrical component or wiring yourself.
- Battery Disposal: Used batteries should be disposed of at an appropriate collection point for recycling. Lithium button/coin cell batteries can cause severe internal burns if swallowed; seek immediate medical attention if ingested.
