Summary

Using Your Grinder

Select Grind Size Setting

Adjusts the grind size from fine to coarse using the hopper rotation.

Fill Hopper With Coffee Beans

Add coffee beans to the hopper and secure the lid and grounds container.

Select Desired Grinding Time

Set the timer dial for the desired grinding duration for the coffee beans.

Press OXO Button to Start

Initiates the grinding process; the grinder stops automatically or can be stopped manually.

Cleaning Your Grinder

Run Grinder to Clear

Run the grinder for 10 seconds with an empty hopper to clear residual beans and grounds.

Remove Hopper

Detach the hopper by turning the internal knob counterclockwise until it clicks.

Remove Upper Burr

Lift the metal handle and twist the upper burr counterclockwise to remove it.

Clean Burrs and Grounds Chute

Use a small bristle brush to clean the burrs and chute; avoid liquids.

Replace Upper Burr

Align the upper burr's indents with the lower burr's tabs and turn clockwise until it clicks.

Wipe Base and Body

Clean the exterior of the grinder with a soft, damp cloth.

Replace Hopper

Align hopper tabs with grinder notches, press down, and turn clockwise to lock.

Caring for Your Grinder

Allow Grinder to Cool

Let the grinder cool for at least two minutes after each use to prevent overheating.

Clear Grounds from Chute

Run the grinder for 10 seconds before next use to clear residual grounds from the chute.

Use Fresh Beans

Use fresh beans and grind only coffee; avoid storing beans in the hopper long-term.
