ENGLISH
1 Before start to fit the Sargon ram, check that the gate is perfectly horizontal and in good status of maintenance. Unlock the ram as per Picture 1.
2 Fit the ram so that it is tilted about 1º, see Picture 3. (for Sargon M, 1° means about 20mm gap of the bracket).
3 Fit the “A” bracket on the pillar following the dimensions shown in Table 1. That table shows the standard gates. If the gate have the hinges on the inside or
it’s an outward opening, it could be needed a special bracket in order to avoid to have X and Y dimensions too short.
4 Install the ram on the “A” bracket and fit it with the pin and nut supplied with the ram. (fit the pin with the hole below so it can be removed)
5 Pull the “D” rod out fully and do a complete turn back (360º back) as per Picture 5.
6 Fit physical stops on the ground or on the side of the gate so that the gate can’t close or open over the desired position
Important note: If It is not possible to fit the physical stops, do not do the point 5 (do not do a turn back but keep the rod out fully)
7 Fit the “B” bracket on the gate and fit the piston with the pin and nut supplied with the ram.
8 Connect the electrical wires. Gray(or Blue)=Common wire -- Brown and Black=Opening/Closing wires --YellowGreen=Earth
9 Connect the capacitor in parallel connection with Brown and Black wires.
10 Place the cover on “C” lock (picture 6)

1 Prima di montare il motore, verificare che il cancello sia perfettamente orizzontale ed in buono stato di manutenzione. Sbloccarlo come da figura 1
2 Montare il motore in modo che sia inclinato di circa 1º, vedi figura 3. (per Sargon M, 1° significa circa 20 mm di differenza tra le staffe).
3 Montare la staffa "A" sul pilastro seguendo le dimensioni indicate nella Tabella 1. La tabella mostra un cancello classico. Se il cancello ha i cardini all'interno
o è un'apertura verso l'esterno, potrebbe essere necessaria una staffa speciale per evitare di avere dimensioni X e Y troppo corte.
4 Installare il motore sulla staffa "A" e fissarlo con il perno e il dado forniti con il motore. Fissare il perno con il foro in basso per poterlo rimuovere
5 Estrarre completamente il pistone "D" e fare un giro completo all'indietro (360º indietro) come da figura 5.
6 Applicare dei fermi fisici a terra o sul lato del cancello in modo che il cancello non possa chiudersi o aprirsi oltre la posizione desiderata.
Nota importante: se non è possibile montare i fermi fisici, non eseguire il punto 5 (non fare il giro indietro, ma tenere il pistone completamente fuori).
7 Montare la staffa "B" sul cancello e montare il pistone con il perno e il dado forniti con il motore.
8 Collegare i fili elettrici. Grigio(o Blu)=Filo comune -- Marrone e nero=Fili di apertura/chiusura -- Gialloverde=Terra
9 Collegare il condensatore in parallelo con i fili marrone e nero.
10 Posizionare il coperchio sulla serratura "C" (figura 6).

1 Bevor Sie mit der Montage des Sargon-Zylinders beginnen, prüfen Sie, ob das Tor vollkommen horizontal und in gutem Wartungszustand ist. Entriegeln Sie
den Stößel gemäß Bild 1.
2 Montieren Sie den Stößel so, dass er etwa 1° geneigt ist, siehe Abbildung 3. (Bei Sargon M bedeutet 1° etwa 20 mm Abstand der Halterung).
3 Montieren Sie die „A“-Halterung an der Säule gemäß den in Tabelle 1 angegebenen Abmessungen. Diese Tabelle zeigt die Standardtore.
Wenn sich die Scharniere des Tors auf der Innenseite befinden oder es sich um eine Öffnung nach außen handelt, kann eine spezielle Halterung erforderlich
sein, um zu kurze X- und Y-Abmessungen zu vermeiden.
4 Montieren Sie den Ram an der Halterung „A“ und befestigen Sie ihn mit der mit dem Ram gelieferten Schraube und Mutter. (Befestigen Sie die Schraube
mit dem Loch unten, damit sie entfernt werden kann.)
5 Ziehen Sie die „D“-Stange vollständig heraus und drehen Sie sie vollständig zurück (360° zurück), wie in Abbildung 5 dargestellt.
6 Bringen Sie physische Anschläge am Boden oder an der Seite des Tors an, damit das Tor nicht über die gewünschte Position hinaus schließen oder öffnen
kann
Wichtiger Hinweis: Wenn es nicht möglich ist, die physischen Anschläge anzubringen, führen Sie Punkt 5 nicht aus (drehen Sie nicht zurück, sondern lassen
Sie die Stange vollständig herausgezogen).
7 Bringen Sie die Halterung „B“ am Tor an und befestigen Sie den Kolben mit der mit dem Stößel gelieferten Schraube und Mutter.
8 Schließen Sie die elektrischen Leitungen an. Grau(oder Blau)=Gemeinsamer Draht --Braun und Schwarz=Öffnungs/Schließdrähte --GelbGrün=Erde
9 Schließen Sie den Kondensator parallel mit braunem und schwarzem Kabel an.
10 Setzen Sie die Abdeckung auf das „C“-Schloss (Bild 6).
FRANÇAIS
1 Avant de commencer le montage du vérin Sargon, vérifier que le portail est parfaitement horizontal et en bon état d'entretien. Déverrouillez le bélier selon
l'image 1.
2 Installez le vérin de manière à ce qu'il soit incliné d'environ 1°, voir photo 3. (pour Sargon M, 1° signifie un écart d'environ 20 mm du support).
3 Montez le support «A» sur le pilier en suivant les dimensions indiquées dans le tableau 1. Ce tableau montre les portails standard. Si le portail a les
charnières à l’intérieur ou s’il s’agit d’une ouverture vers l’extérieur, il pourrait être nécessaire d’avoir un support spécial afin d’éviter d’avoir des dimensions X
et Y trop courtes.
4 Installez le vérin sur le support «A» et montez-le avec le boulon et l'écrou fournis avec le vérin. (montez le boulon avec le trou en dessous pour pouvoir le
retirer)
5 Tirez complètement la tige «D» et effectuez un tour complet en arrière (360º en arrière) comme indiqué sur l'image 5.
6 Installer des butées physiques au sol ou sur le côté du portail afin que le portail ne puisse pas se fermer ou s'ouvrir au-delà de la position souhaitée Note
importante : S'il n'est pas possible de mettre en place les butées physiques, ne faites pas le point 5 (ne faites pas de retour en arrière mais laissez la tige
sortie complètement)
7 Montez le support «B» sur le portail et montez le piston avec le boulon et l'écrou fournis avec le vérin.
8 Connectez les fils électriques. Gris (ou Bleu) = Fil commun -- Marron et Noir = Fils d'ouverture/fermeture -- Jaune Vert = Terre
9 Connectez le condensateur en connexion parallèle avec les fils marron et noir.
10 Placez le couvercle sur la serrure « C » (photo 6)

1 Antes de empezar a montar el motor Sargon, comprobar que la puerta esté perfectamente horizontal y en buen estado de mantenimiento. Desbloquee el
motor según la Imagen 1.
2 Coloque el motor de modo que quede inclinado aproximadamente 1º, consulte la Imagen 3. (para Sargon M, 1° significa aproximadamente 20 mm de
espacio entre el soporte).
3 Coloque el soporte “A” en el pilar siguiendo las dimensiones que se muestran en la Tabla 1. Esa tabla muestra las puertas estándar. Si la puerta tiene las
bisagras en el interior o es una apertura hacia el exterior, podría ser necesario un soporte especial para evitar que las dimensiones X e Y sean demasiado
cortas.
4 Instale el motor en el soporte “A” y ajústelo con el perno y la tuerca suministrados con el motor. (coloque el perno con el orificio de abajo para poder
quitarlo)
5 Saque completamente el vastago "D" y gírela completamente hacia atrás (360º hacia atrás) como se muestra en la Imagen 5.
6 Coloque topes físicos en el suelo o en el costado de la puerta para que la puerta no pueda cerrarse o abrirse más allá de la posición deseada.
Nota importante: Si no es posible colocar los topes físicos, no hagas el punto 5 (no hagas un giro hacia atrás pero mantén la varilla afuera completamente)
7 Montar el soporte “B” en la puerta y montar el pistón con el perno y la tuerca suministrados con el ariete.
8 Conecte los cables eléctricos. Gris (o Azul)=Cable común -- Marrón y Negro=Cables de apertura/cierre -- AmarilloVerde=Tierra
9 Conecte el condensador en paralelo con los cables marrón y negro.
10 Coloque la tapa en la cerradura “C” (imagen 6)
