The RHD-6100 offers three primary operation modes:

- Drilling: This mode provides rotary action without hammer action, suitable for drilling into timber, steel, and other materials where impact is not required. The side mode selector is set to the hammer and drill icon, and the rear mode selector is set to the drill icon.

Usage Features:

Maintenance Features:

- Gear Box Grease Replenishment: After approximately 50 hours of accumulated use, the gearbox grease will require replenishment. Approximately 50 grams (2-3 teaspoons) of the supplied grease should be added through the grease cap opening, which is removed using the pin spanner.
- Carbon Brushes: The carbon brushes are wearing components and will eventually wear out, causing the drill to spark or stop. They should be replaced as a pair by a qualified electrician or power tool repairer as soon as this occurs to prevent permanent damage to the drill. Continuing to use the drill with worn carbon brushes will void the warranty.
- Troubleshooting Guide: The manual includes a troubleshooting section to address common issues such as the drill not working, hammer function not engaging, or excessive sparking, providing remedies like checking power supply, adjusting mode selectors, cleaning brush holders, or replacing carbon brushes.
The Ozito RHD-6100 comes with a 1-year replacement warranty for DIY use, covering defects from the original date of purchase. Consumable parts like carbon brushes and included accessories are excluded from the warranty. The warranty is void if the tool is operated on an incorrect voltage, shows signs of abuse or alterations, lacks maintenance, or is disassembled.
