Fire rules and precautions
° Do not obstruct for any reason the xed air vents, which are essential for your security.
° Inform yourself about the location and the activation of the command devices for the re exits.
° Do not obstruct the escape routes that have always to be free
° Ensure to know the location and the activation of the re exits.
° Leave evacuation places free
° Never leave children or pets alone inside the motorhome.
Fire equipment
° Place close at hand near the entrance door a dry chemical extinguisher in conformity with the ISO
7165 rules, with minimum capacity of 1 Kg. Hold a re cover near the kitchen. Practise looking at the
extinguishers instruction and the re precautions of your motorhome.
° The extinguisher must be periodically checked and recharged by skilled licensed staff. Respect
scrupulously the stated terms for the control.
Avoiding re danger
° Place inammable materials far from the healer and the cooker
° Never use inside the motorhome portable healers or ovens because they represent risk factors for
re and intoxication.
° Let repairing of the electrical system, the liquid gas plant and the service devices be done only by
skilled staff.
How to face a re
° Evacuate the passengers away from the motorhome
° Put out and remove from the net the electricity supply
° Close the main valve of the dry chemical extinguisher
° Give alarm and call the remen
° Try to put out the re with the extinguisher only if it doesn’t imply risks.
General safety rules
° The body of the motorhome has been projected to allow always an adequate aeration, in full respect
of the European safety rules. To ensure a constant air change inside the vehicle, permanent air vents
are indispensable, obtained by the double cover of the ceiling trap doors and by aeration grilles placed
in the low part of the motorhome.
All these permanent air vents must never be closed down or obstructed, neither in winter. The increase
of the carbon dioxide’s percentage constitutes a serious asphyxia peril. Clearing the air together with
the heating system’s regulation, will allow you to reach a nice temperature inside the motorhome also
in very cold climates.
° Scrupulously respect the indications of the chassis’ manual (motor, brakes system, etc.) and those of
the on board installed devices (cooker, gas healer, fridge etc.).
The indications in those manuals are fundamental for the right use of the devices they refer to.
° Remember that accessories’ installation can change signicantly the dimensions, the weights, and
the behaviour of the vehicle in march, as well as to require in some cases the registration duty.
° Respect the homologated rims’ and pneumatics’ dimensions. You can nd the necessary data in the
booklet.
