Heating system – general information
The heat exchanger of the gas heater must be replaced after 10 years from its rst use and the replacement
must be done exclusively by the heater manufacturer or by an authorised repair shop.
The owner of the vehicle is responsible for the replacement.
Your motorhome has got devices like heater/boiler, cooker, fridge and, in some models, the oven. In this
manual you will nd a description of the functioning and of the main characteristics of these devices.
For any more detailed information about the installed devices look at the original manual given by the
manufacturer of each single device that you have received together with the vehicle’s documentation.
Gas distribution
Before activating a device it is necessary to open the main supply gas valve located on the gas bottle
(picture 45) and the faucet corresponding to its device. The series of faucets is generally located under
the washbasin (pict. 46). The single faucets are marked by a symbol that identies the device, to which
it is connected. You nd below the symbols for a rapid identication (pict.47).

Warm air vents
The air distribution system includes ow tubes and exit vents (picture 48) located in different points
of the housing. The vents can be opened, closed or oriented to pipe warm water to the desired points.
Vents regulation
° With the vents completely open the air ow for each vent is at its maximum.
° With the vents partially open the air ow is reduced.
° The total air ow will me inferior, because dispersed, with all vents open; it will be more intense
with only some vents open; the maximum intensity is obtained concentrating the ow in a single vent.
