Do not run acids, solvents, or chlorinated materials through the pump to prevent internal damage.
Wear goggles or a face shield to protect eyes from spray, chemicals, or back-splattered materials.
Fill tank with water or turn on water supply. Pump must have positive head pressure.
At idle, engage hydraulics, then increase engine rpm until desired water psi is reached.
Grasp gun firmly, point wand, and squeeze trigger. Experiment with distance for cleaning.
The pump must be horizontal when operating.
Before shut down, wash off the pump and orbit motor to rinse off any foreign material.
Wipe down hose and coil for storage. Inspect hose daily for cuts or abrasions.

Remove suction hose, place hose in anti-freeze container, start machine to purge.
Check for pump priming, nozzle PSI mode, or a plugged nozzle.
Investigate air leaks, blocked suction lines, clogged strainers, or unloader valve issues.
Check for incorrect nozzles, restricted intake, or dirt in check valves.
Ensure adequate water supply, correct line size, and sufficient water level.
Adjust unloader valve pressure setting or check hydraulic system relief valve.

Check nozzle, check valves, hydraulic motor oil flow, or vehicle relief valve settings.
