Step Five: Set your workout time using the increase and decrease
buttons.
Step Six: Set your Strides per Minute target by pressing the SPM
buttons. Set your maximum resistance level using the
buttons.
Step Seven:
By adjusting your target SPM, resistance and/or maximum resistance level you will begin to see the number of Aerobic points you will earn
in the RESULTS display as you change these values.
Step Seven:
Enter resistance, you will begin to see the number of Aerobic points you will earn in the RESULTS display as you increase the speed.
To create a workout based on calorie expenditure, determine how many calories you want to burn Press the RESULTS SELECT
