TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Solution
Is elliptical plugged into the wall outlet?
Check the household circuit breaker to see if it is tripped.
Check the power light next to the power cord is on, if not
check the power cord connections again.
Make sure the wiring harness is connected (See Step 3 in the
assembly section).
Make sure the wiring harness is plugged into the display (See
Step 12 in the assembly section).
No Power
Check if plastic joint covers screws are tight.
Check if hump in roller is centered with convex area of
square tube. (See Step 9 in the assembly section.)
If not follow the steps:
1. Loosen hex bolt at front of foot link.
2. Center roller and tube at rear of foot link.
3. Re-tighten hex bolt
Rough motion / scraping while pedaling

Resistance does not change

Stride per minute is not displayed
Check is you are wearing your wireless strap / holding the
grips correctly. (Refer to page 28 and 29 )
Contact Heart Rate is not being

Check if sensor wire is plugged into the control panel. (See
