  If your Pacific Floorcare Scrubber isn't providing enough water to the scrub head, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the solution flow isn't set too low by adjusting the solution control. Check if the solution tank is empty and add water or solution as needed. Inspect the in-line solution filter for clogs and clean it if necessary. Also, examine the solution tube for any clogs, kinks, or damage. Make sure the solution shut-off valve is open. Finally, verify the operation of the pump, pump wires, operator control board, and solution solenoid valve, replacing any damaged components. If your machine has a chemical injection system, ensure the chemical injection pump is running.

  Poor water recovery in your Pacific Floorcare Scrubber can stem from several issues. Start by emptying the recovery tank if it's full. Inspect the squeegee blades for dirt or wear, rotating or replacing them as needed. Check the recovery hose for looseness or damage and repair it if necessary. Clear any obstructions from the recovery hose or squeegee assembly. Examine the side squeegee blades for dirt or wear and replace them if needed. Adjust the squeegee assembly if it's out of alignment. Inspect the ball float for damage and repair or replace it. Ensure the recovery tank lid is sealing properly by inspecting the lid gasket, repairing or replacing it if needed. Verify that the drain hose cap is installed securely. Finally, remove and inspect the HEPA filter for clogs.
