How to fix a grill that will not light on my Pacific Living Kitchen Appliances?
    • T
      taylorsueJul 30, 2025
If your Pacific Living Kitchen Appliance grill won't light, here are a few things to check: * Ensure the ignition wire is connected to the electrical igniter/valve. Reconnect if necessary. * Adjust the distance between the ignition pin and the burner to 3~5 mm, then fasten it. * Try installing a new AA battery, ensuring correct polarity. * Make sure the electrode is producing sparks at the burner port by reinstalling it. * Confirm that the regulator valve is turned on to supply gas. * Adjust the air shutter opening to a smaller size. If these steps don't work, the ignition wire may be broken, and you should call customer service for a replacement.

    • A
      Anthony HebertAug 3, 2025
If the burner flame on your Pacific Living Kitchen Appliance is yellow and you smell gas, the air shutter opening may not be properly set or spiders/insects may be blocking it. Adjust the air shutter to achieve blue flames, using a 1/4 inch opening for LPG or 1/8 inch (or less) for NG. Also, check for and clean any blockages in the air shutter. In addition, check for the source of any possible gas leaks.

What to do if my Pacific Living Kitchen Appliances has excessive flare-up?
    • A
      April StewartAug 7, 2025
Excessive flare-ups on your Pacific Living Kitchen Appliance can occur when grilling fatty meats. If this happens, move the meats to the warming rack until the flames settle. Also, ensure the knobs are not set to “HIGH”; grill fatty meats on the “LP LOW” (for LP Gas) or “NG LOW” (for Natural Gas) setting with cold grids. Never spray water on gas flames, and keep the hood up while grilling.

      Joseph CruzAug 16, 2025
If you're experiencing low heat with the knob in the “HIGH” position on your Pacific Living Kitchen Appliance, and you have a natural gas model, ensure your natural gas supply system has the correct gas pressure for 7-inch natural gas usage. Also, check for and clear any obstructions in the ports. If you're using an LP tank, it may have run out, so refill it.

    • L
      lauren71Aug 20, 2025
If you are experiencing low heat with LP gas on your Pacific Living Kitchen Appliance, the propane regulator assembly may have an excess flow device triggered by rapid changes in pressure. To resolve this, make sure all burners are off, open the tank valve and wait 5 minutes, then light the burners one at a time following the lighting instructions.
