The meter will not work when outside its
operating temperature range. Move to an
area with temperature between 10ºC to 40ºC
(50ºF~104ºF) and wait at least 30 minutes.
Do not articially heat or cool the meter.
Insufcient blood
sample.
Insert a new test strip
and test again.
Temperature is above
the operating range.
Used strip, moistened
strip or defective
meter.
Please repeat the
test with a new test
strip. If you still see
the same results,
contact us for help.
