1 Symptom
Unit exhibits heavy vibration and causing rattling noise.
2 Cause
Imbalance blower wheel causing the unit to have heavy vibration. Blower wheel cover vibration and rubbing against foam air guider
causing the rattling noise.
3 Remedy
Change the blower wheel to a new improved blower wheel (With additional 2 ribs. Part number remain H01K1014). Attached EPT
seal at the particular location of blower cover and intake grille. (refer as below)
