Operation mode
AUTO : During operation, the POWER indicator will blinks at initial.
Unit selects operation mode every 10 minutes according to the setting and room
temperature.
COOL : Provides effi cient comfort cooling to suit your needs.
DRY : Unit operates at low fan speed to give a gentle cooling operation.
Energy saving temperature setting
Operating the unit within the recommended temperature range may save energy.
COOL : 26.0 °C ~ 28.0 °C / 79 °F ~ 82 °F.
Air fl ow direction
In COOL/DRY mode:
If AUTO is set, the fl aps swings up/down automatically.
Auto restart control
If power is resumed after a power failure, the operation will restart automatically after a
period of time with previous operation mode and airfl ow direction.
• This control is not applicable when TIMER is set.
nanoe
TM
X deactivation
Depending on the unit’s accumulated operation time, nanoe™X deactivation may activate
only once a day after the unit is turned off. During the nanoe™X deactivation the flap will
open slightly with low fan speed operation for 2.5 hours when the unit is operated in AUTO/
COOL/DRY mode before turned off, or 2 hours when the unit is operated in nanoe™
TECHNOLOGY only operation before turned off. This is to deactivate viruses/bacteria at the
surroundings. The deactivation operation is completed when the fan stop and flap is closed.
Do not turn off the power supply during this deactivation operation. After a power failure, this
operation will not resume.
