  If your Panasonic Air Conditioner doesn't turn on, first check for a power outage. If there was a power outage, turn the operation button off and then on again. Next, ensure the circuit breaker is on; if it's off, switch it on. Finally, check the batteries in the wireless remote control and replace them if they are weak.
