A/C No.
• The air conditioner No. “01” appears during normal
installation and use. When using group control, a different
number may appear.
Press the CHECK button.
The timer display will change.
F15 ~ F49 will appear in place of the time. (The temperature
setting display will also change to show the air conditioner
number.)

Please engage an authorized dealer for the malfunction
details.
Symptom
The unit does not cool or heat
properly.
• Check whether an appropriate
operation mode is selected?
• Is anything blocking the inlet or outlet
vents of indoor or outdoor unit?
• Is the air filter soiled or dusty?
• Check if doors or windows have been
opened and closed frequently, or
whether heat-operating equipment
such as gas stoves and irons are
being used in the same room.

Indoor unit does not operate when a
button is pressed.
Cause
• Is there a power outage?
• Is the circuit breaker on?
Solution
Turn off the operation button once, then
turn it on again.
If the circuit breaker is off, turn it on.
