Press the power switch with the AC adaptor
connected. The charging indication/notification lamp
glows, and goes off after approximately 5 seconds.

Remove the adaptor from the household outlet,
and remove the appliance plug from the main body.
(for safety and to reduce energy usage)
• There will be no problems with the main body even
if it is charged for 3 hours or more.
Notes
• The charging time may differ when the appliance is
being used for the first time, or if it has not been used for
half a year or more. The lamp on the main body may not
glow for several minutes after charging starts, but will
glow if charging continues.
•
The appliance can be used for approximately 600 flashes
with a full single charge. (The appliance can be used for
approximately 40 flashes with quick charging.)
• The number of flashes may differ depending on the
ambient temperature and how the appliance is used.
• Recommended ambient temperature for charging is
15 – 35 °C. Charging may not be possible outside of the
recommended temperature.
• If there is crackling noise on radios or other devices
while charging, charge the appliance using a different
household outlet.
• Charging the appliance every time it is used will not
affect the life of the rechargeable battery.
Before use
• Do not use the appliance in dark places.
Please close your eyes when flashing your face with the
face attachment.
Doing so may cause temporary irritation in the eyes.

This appliance should only be used on bare skin with no
cosmetics, lotions etc.
When using the lotion or shaving agents (gels, etc.), rinse
off the agent thoroughly with w
ater and let the skin dry.
•
Be sure to shave the area (body or face).
Before use, wipe away any water or sweat from the
treatment area, and an
y hair sticking to the skin first.
Hairs or shaving agents stuck to the skin can foul the light
guide
. It may become difficult to clean the light guide.
