Charge status
indicator does not
turn on.
The main unit is not
properly installed on the
charger.
Vertically insert the main unit into charge hole, and check that the
charge status indicator glows. (See page 13.)
The toothbrush
can only be
used for a few
minutes, even if
it is charged.
The charger cover is not
rmly connected to the
charger.
Connect the charger cover to the charger rmly.
The toothbrush
does not
operate.
Rechargeable battery has
reached the end of its service
life (about 3 years).
Replace the battery. (See page 19.)
Contact the authorized service centre where purchased.
The appliance is used with
approximately 0 °C or lower.
The recommended operating temperature is 0 ºC or higher.
Vibration weakens.
Low battery. Charge for at least 17 hours. (See page 13.)
The toothbrush
pauses operating
with short intervals.
The “30-second brushing
notication timer function” is
in operation. (See page 14.)
This is not failure. Use it as usual.
Vibration will
gradually increase
after pressing
power switch.
The “Soft start function” is in
operation. (See page 13.)
If the problems still cannot be solved, contact the store where you purchased the unit or a service centre authorized by
Panasonic for repair.
