By pressing the NEG/POS button, the positive picture can be
converted into the negative picture and vice versa.

To
prevent
misoperation,
the
NEG/POS
switch
can
only
be
activated
in the
Record/Pause
mode
of
the
VTR.
AGC
SELECTION
When a natural picture at low illumination is desired, set AGC
Selection Switch (7) (AGC HI1GH/LOW/OFF) to OFF position.
When
high
sensitivity
at
low
illumination
is
desired,
select
AGC
Selection Switch to LOW or HIGH position as follows;
LOW :
HIGH :
+12dB gain
+18dB gain
STANDBY OPERATION
When
the
VTR
will
not
be
in
record
mode
for
a
while,
set
the
Standby
Switch
(12)
(STANDBY/ON)
to
STANDBY
for
longer
battery
operation.
When
the
VTR
is
operated
normally,
set
the
Standby
Switch
to
ON.
The
picture
in
the
viewfinder
will
appear
gradually.
