6. Remove the Security Lock.
Remove the screw. Lift up the Security Lock
cover, and remove it.
Remove the screws (2),
and remove the slot.
7. Remove the screws (9).
8. Lift the upper-right side of the cover slightly, and release
the bottom tabs (A). Then, open the cover from the right
side.

The left side of the cover is connected to the computer
with the cord. Do not pull the cord.
9. Disconnect the connector (B).
Insulate the connectors on the built-in battery by covering
them with plastic tape, for example.

Remove the screws (4) that secures the built-in battery (C),
and remove the built-in battery.
