∫ Note on recording with the [Slow/Quick], [Dolly Zoom] or [Variable Frame Rate]
function
• You can use the [Rec Format] and [Rec Quality] settings below.
1 Set the mode dial to [ ].
2 Select an item that supports [Variable Frame Rate]. (P42)
• [MP4] does not support [Variable Frame Rate].
• Items available for recording with a [Variable Frame Rate] are indicated as [VFR available]
on the screen.
3 Select the menu. (P24)
4 Press the motion picture button (or shutter button) to start recording.

Press and hold [Fn1] to record the scene that you want to record in quick motion, or
press and hold [Fn2] to record the scene that you want to record in slow motion.
• Audio will not be recorded during quick or slow motion recording.
