2 Focus ring
Switches between AF (auto focus) and MF (manual
focus) by sliding the focus ring forwards or
backwards. (l 24)
Rotates the focus ring to focus when set to MF.
3 Zoom ring
Zooms to telephoto or wide-angle.
4 Tripod mount (l 24)
5 Tripod mount locking knob
6 O.I.S. switch
The stabilizer function is set to activate if the O.I.S.
switch is set to [ON].
0 We recommend setting the O.I.S. switch to [OFF]
when using a tripod.

0 There may be differences in focus when you use zoom
after focusing. Focus again.
0 If the sound of AF operation and stabilizer operation
bothers you during video recording, it is recommended
to record as follows:
– Slide the focus ring to the MF side to record.
– Set the O.I.S. switch to [OFF] and use a tripod to
record.
