Reheat
covered

lid

plastic
wrap.

recommendations:

Select
correct
category
of
food
being
reheated.
All
foods
must
be
previously
cooked.

sure

dry

results.

Foods
should
always
be
covered
loosely
with
plastic
wrapper
lid.
(4)
Foods
weighing
less
than

ounces
and
more

ounces
should
be
reheated
by
power
and
time
only.

All
foods
should
have
a
covered
stand
time
of

to
5
minutes.

The
surrounding
room
temperature
