• 'ON" = Picture is displayed regardless of Sigr_l condition,

"OFF"= Screen turns solid b_ue when signal is absent or
weak.
• If unit is connected to equipment which has blue 5_ck feature,
selecting "ON" will have no effect on the other _quipment.
