Thiswarrantyisextendedonlytothe originalpumhaser.Apurchasereceiptorotherproofofthe date ofthe
odginalpumhaseis requiresbeforewarrantyserviceisrendered.
Thiswarrantyonlycovers failuresdueto defectsinmaterials andworkmanshipwhichoccurduringnormaluse
anddoesnot covernormalmaintenance,including,butnotlimitedto, videoandaudio headcleaning.The
warrantydoesnotcoverdamagewhichoccursinshipment,or failures whichare caused productsnotsupplied
bythe warrantor,orfailures whichresultfrom accident,misuse,abuse, neglect,mishandling,misapplication,
alteration, modification,faulty installation,set-upadjustments,improperantenna,inadequatesignalpickup,
maladjustmentof consumer controls, improperoperation,powerlinesurge,impropervoltagesupply,lightning
damage,commercial use suchas hotel,office,restaurant,orother businessor rentaluseof theproduct,or
serviceby anyoneotherthana PASC FactoryServicenteror a PASC authorized Servicanter,or damagethat
isattributabletoactsof God.
There are noexpresswarrantiesexceptas listedabove.
THE WARRANTOR SHALLNOT BE LIABLEFOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
(INCLUDING,WITHOUT LIMITATION,"DAMAGETO TAPES) RESULTING FROMTHE USE OFTHIS
PRODUCTS, OR ARISINGOUT OF ANY BREACHOF THE WARRANTY. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED
WARRANTIES,INCLUDINGTHE WARRANTIESOF MERCHANTABILITYAND FITNESS FOR
PARTICULARPURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE APPLICABLEWARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE.
Somestatesdo notallowthe exclusionorlimitationof incidentalorconsequentialdamages,or limitationson
how longan impliedwarrantylasts,sotheaboveexclusionsor limitationsmay notapplytoyou.
Thiswa_rrantygivesyouspecificlegal dghtsand youmay alsohave otherrightswhichvaryfrom stateto state.

Servicenter.Iftheproblemisnothandledtoyoursatisfaction,thenwriteto theCustomerSatisfactionCenter

SERVICECALLSWHICH DO NOT INVOLVE DEFECTIVE MATERIALSOR WORKMANSHIPAS
DETERMINED BYTHE WARRANTOR, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, ARE NOT COVERED. COSTS OF
SUCHSERVICE CALLSARE THE RESPONSIBILITYOF THE PURCHASER.
