Check that the power plug is completely plugged into an AC outlet.
Check that the POWER button is set to on.
Adjust the BRIGHT, SHARPNESS, and PICTURE controls in the SET UP TV
menu. (P.11)
Adjust the VOLUME control. (P.11)

Install a directional antenna.
