Choose CDs with this mark:
Do not;
use irregularly shaped CDs.
use CDs with labels and stickers that are coming off or with adhesive
exuding from under labels and stickers.
attach scratch-proof covers or any other kind of accessory.
write anything on the CD.
clean CDs with liquids. (Wipe with a soft, dry cloth.)

Playing CD-R and CD-RW
This unit can play CD-DA (digital audio) format audio CD-R and CD-
RW that have been finalized (a process that enables CD-R/CD-RW
players to play audio CD-R and CD-RW) upon completion of recording.
It may not be able to play some CD-R or CD-RW due to the condition
of the recording.

Manual Radio Tuning

Select band (FM/AM), tune to stations manually, or use auto-tuning.

Preset Radio Tuning

Preset up to 20 stations by holding MEMO buttons. Select presets using MEMO buttons.

Improving FM Reception

Adjust antenna direction for FM. Change FM step using FM MODE button.

Changing the brightness

LCD Brightness Control

Press BRIGHTNESS to dim the clock or turn off the LCD light.

Speaker mode

Speaker Output Selection

Choose sound output from DUAL, MAIN, or SUB units using SPEAKER MODE.

Sound quality

Preset Equalizer Settings

Select sound profiles like XBS, CLEAR, SOFT, VOCAL, or OFF using PRESET EQ.

Sound Virtualizer

Activate S. VIRTUALIZER for stabilized midrange and natural width for stereo sources.

Using the alarms

Setting the CD/Radio Alarm (ALARM 1)

Set CD or radio alarm, source, speaker mode, and volume. Turn on with 1, CD/RADIO button.

Setting the Buzzer Alarm (ALARM 2)

Set buzzer alarm time, speaker mode. Turn on with 2, BUZZER button. Volume cannot be changed.

Alarm Operation and Control

Turn alarms off with ALARM OFF. Temporarily silence with DOZE. Check settings with DISP/ADJ.

Using the sleep timer
