Non-
rechargeable

not
warranted.
This
warranty
only
covers
failures
due
to
defects
in
materials
or
workmanship
which
occur

normal
use
and

not
cover
damage
which
occurs
in
shipment
or
failures
which
are
caused
by
products
not
supplied
by
the
warrantor
or
failures
which
result
from
accident,
misuse,
abuse,
neglect,
mishandling,
misapplication,
faulty
installation,
set-up
adjustments,
improper
maintenance,
alter¬
ation.
improper
antenna,
inadequate
signal
pick-up,
maladjustment
of
consumer
controls,
modification,
line
power
surge,
or
commercial
use
of
the
product,
or
damage
that
is
attributable
to
acts
of
God,
or
service
by
anyone
other
than
a
PASC
Factory
Servicenter.
