Why does the outdoor fan on my Panasonic Air Conditioner keep running after I turn it off with the remote?

  When the Panasonic Air Conditioner is stopped by remote controller, the outdoor unit fan is sometimes operating for a while even though the outdoor compressor is stopped because the fan rotating makes operation smoothly. This is a normal operation.
