5.SOS Detect Circuit Explanation (23)
The IC9300 monitors the UHZ signal via IC5000.
if the connection of SC and A board is disconnected, the IC9300 doesn’t output the control signal of
SC(SN). Consequently, the SC(SN) board detects error and generates the SOS8_SS causing the
unit shutdown and the power LED to blink 6 times.
6 Blinks Error Code
1. Failure of SS board
2. Disconnection of SS (SS2) board and Panel
3. Disconnection of C board and A board
4. Disconnection of SC board and A board
These conditions can cause the TV to shutdown and the power LED to blink 6 times
