Troubleshooting No Power/Dead Unit (Power LED is Off) (TC-P42/50S60)
Start Here
Make sure AC is present across connector P9 on the PSS board.
Measure the DC voltage at pin 22 of connector A6A on the A board.
Place the meter’s positive lead on pin 6
of connector A6 on the A board and
press the power switch on the TV.
Is there
1.5V~3V
present?
Note: Verify this symptom by using both the
TV’s power switch and the remote control.
