You can Unk up another CD when "LINK" flashes after editing a CD.
n Press ^ OPEN/CLOSE to replace the CD with
another one.
The tray of the last disc (disc 5) will open. Load the new CD in
there.
If you were recording programmed tracks, the tray with the disc
you were recording from will open.
Q Press >.
Linking will start.
To continue linking tracks:
Repeat steps Q and Q.
As long as there is space left on the tape to record, when the recording
has finished, the cassette deck will put linking on standby.
To cancel the LINK function:
Press ■ on the CD changer.
® Perform step || above, and then press PROGRAM on the remote
control.
(D Select the track number from the remote control with the numeric
buttonfs).
(D Repeat step @ until all desired tracks are programmed (max.
24 tracks).
® Press ► . Linking will begin.
•When recording from a programmed CD other than disc 5, if you
press the A OPEN/CLOSE button, the tray with the programmed
CD will open/close.
•When the display shows "0:00", you cannot record from another
CD. Press ■ on the CD changer.
•If the time remaining on the tape is shorter than the length of the
tracks to be recorded, you cannot record the tracks. Replace the CD
with tracks shorter than the time remaining on the tape or press ■
on the CD changer.
