If the Mini Port Replicator is connected to the com-
puter, connect the external display to the external dis-
play port on the Mini Port Replicator. You cannot use
the external display port on the computer.

CAUTION
Wireless WAN Antenna
For model with EVDO or without
wireless WAN:
The SIM card slot under this
cover is not used for this model.
Do not open the cover.
For other models:
Refer to the additional instruc-
tions.
G :Microphone Jack
Use a condenser microphone. If you use other types
of microphones, audio input may not be possible, or
malfunctions may occur.
To output microphone audio from the internal
speakers:
A Right-click on the notification area and click
[Playback Devices].
B Click [Speakers] - [Properties] - [Levels].
C In [Input Monitor], click so it changes to and
click [OK].
D Click (Start) - [Control Panel] - [Hardware and
Sound] - [SigmaTel Audio].
E Remove the check mark from [Enable Power Man-
agement].
H :Latch
When closing the display, press down firmly from
above until the latch is firmly closed (locked).
I : Headphone Jack
You can connect headphones or amplified speakers.
When they are connected, audio from the internal
speakers is not heard.
