Connect the supplied Micro USB cable to the Micro
USB charging port on the device and the other end to
a power source. You can also use a USB-C cable (not
included) to connect to the USB-C charging port on the
device and the other end to a power source to charge
the powerbank. Please charge for 2 hours to fully
charge the powerbank before use.
Connect a USB-cable (not included) to either of the USB
ports and the other end to your device. The powerbank
will start charging the connected device.

Overview

The PANTONE™ Power Bank (Models: PTPB50Y, PTPB50P, PTPB50T, PTPB50N) is a portable charging device designed to provide power to other electronic devices.

Function Description:

The power bank serves as an external battery to charge mobile phones, tablets, and other USB-powered gadgets. It features multiple ports for both charging the power bank itself and for outputting power to connected devices. The device is compact and designed for portability, allowing users to charge their devices on the go.

  • Output: DC 5V, 2A total
  • Battery: 3.7V, 5000mAh
  • Dimension: 63 x 99 x 15mm

Usage Features:

  • Charging the Power Bank:
    • The power bank can be charged using the supplied Micro USB cable by connecting it to the Micro USB charging port (E) and a power source.
    • Alternatively, a USB-C cable (not included) can be used to connect to the USB-C charging port (C) and a power source.
    • It is recommended to charge the power bank for 2 hours to fully charge it before first use.
  • Charging Other Devices:
    • To charge an external device, connect a USB cable (not included) to either of the USB ports (B) on the power bank and the other end to your device.
    • The power bank will automatically begin charging the connected device.
  • LED Indicators (D): The power bank features LED indicators to display its remaining battery capacity:
    • All LEDs lit: 100-75%
    • Three LEDs lit: 75-50%
    • Two LEDs lit: 50-25%
    • One LED lit: 25-0%
  • Power On Button (A): This button is used to turn the power bank on.

Troubleshooting:

  • Cannot charge device:
    • Ensure the USB cable is securely plugged into the output port. Try unplugging and re-plugging the cable.
    • Attempt to use a different USB charging cable.
    • Press the power on button to ensure the power bank is turned on.
  • Cannot charge device whilst charging power bank:
    • The power bank does not support simultaneous output (charging another device) while being charged itself.
    • Wait until the power bank is fully charged, or unplug the Micro USB or USB-C charging cable from the input port before attempting to charge another device.
  • No LED light when charging device:
    • Connect the power bank to its power source to ensure it has sufficient battery charge.

  • Warranty: The power bank is automatically covered by a 1-year warranty.
  • Environmental Conditions: Use the device in a well-ventilated, clean, and dry environment, away from excessive heat or moisture, dampness, dust, food, or liquids.
  • Heat and Sunlight: Keep the product away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
  • Charging Source: Only charge the product via the supplied Micro USB cable or a USB-C cable (not included) with a 5V power source. Do not use any other charging method.
  • Disassembly and Repair: Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the product yourself. For damage, contact After Sales Support for advice or refer to qualified personnel.
  • Children Safety: Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the product. Plastic wrapping is a suffocation hazard; keep all packaging materials out of reach of babies and young children.
  • Physical Objects: Do not place any object on top of the product.
  • Placement: Do not place or store the appliance where it can fall or be pulled into a bath or sink.
  • Microwaves: Do not expose the product to microwaves.
  • Chemicals: Keep the product away from oils, chemicals, or any other organic liquids.
  • Intended Use: This product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless supervised or instructed by a responsible person.
  • Ear Safety: Do not place speakers too close to ears, as damage may occur to eardrums, especially in young children.
