The device has a usable angle of
0-165° ((the maximum angle is only
possible on a tripod). Do not use the de-
vice outside of this range.
Tripod mount
You can use the inner thread (6) to screw
the device onto a tripod (not included in
this package).
Connecting the device
to the Parkside app
Only Smart Performance batteries
can be connected to the Parkside
app. The device connects to the app via
the battery.
1. Place Smart Performance batteries (19)
in the device. You will hear them click
into place.
2. Press the On/Off switch (10).
The device is now activated and the
Smart LED
(7) ashes (briey).
3. Enable Bluetooth
®
on your smartphone.
4. Open the Parkside app.

If you have already connected
the Smart Performance battery
you are using the device with to the
app, you will nd the device in the list
of connected devices.
6. Select the device from the list.
If it is not available, pair the device
with the app as follows:
1. Select “
Add device” or, if you have
already paired devices/batteries, the

2. Follow the instructions in the app. The
app scans the surroundings for avail-
able devices.
3. Select the device you wish to add.
4. You can rename the device if neces-
sary. Conrm the successful pairing
with “Done” or select “Add more de-
vices” directly.
The device is now listed under

paired devices and can be selected.
Upgrading the rmware can change
the features of the app.
