Preparation
The safe use of this product requires a good
understanding of the information on the product
and in this instruction manual. The product also
requires clear knowledge of the project you are
attempting. Before using this product, familiarize
yourself with all operating features and safety
rules.
First time operators should receive practical
use instructions of the product and protective
equipment from an experienced operator.
Accessories
To operate this product safely and correctly, the
following accessories, i.e. tools and accessory
tools, are necessary:
Consumer-grade home and garden
chemicals, e.g. insecticides, fungicides,
weed killers and fertilizers.
Proper personal protective equipment (PPE),
e.g.:
– Impermeable clothing, coveralls
– Impermeable safety boots with non-slip
sole which are resistant to plant control
chemicals
– Impermeable gloves resistant to plant
control chemicals
– Snug-fitting safety glasses in accordance
with European standard EN166
– Suitable respirator
Accessories are available through your
authorised dealer. When buying, always
consider the technical requirements of this
product (see“Technical data”).
If you are not certain, ask a qualified
specialist and get advice from your trusted
dealer.
NOTE
u This instruction manual contains
information on battery pack and charger.
Battery pack and chargers are not
included in the delivery (see“Scope of
delivery”).
Features
Spray tank: The capacity of the spray
tank[3] is 16litres.
Trigger: Squeezing the trigger[]
releases a stream of spray solution for
spraying consumer-grade home and
garden chemicals.
Lock-on latch: The lock-on latch[]
enables continuous spraying without
holding down the trigger.
Power button: The power button[]
switches the product on or off and adjusts
the spray pressure.
Battery cover: The battery compartment
cover[5] protects the battery pack from
exposure to liquids.
Filter: The basket filter[] and the
small filter[] are used for filtering solid
substances.
Nozzle: The nozzle accessories[] and
the cone spray head[] are provided to
enable different spray patterns and flow
rates.
Battery level indicator: The battery
level indicator[] is used to indicate the
charging level of the battery pack[].
Shoulder strap: In case of emergency,
the product can be released from the
operator quickly by lifting the lower end
of the tab on both sides of the shoulder
strap[6] (Fig.P).
